EPIC Pharmacy Network (EPN) recently completed the final reconciliation for the 2023 CVS/Caremark and Optum Effective Rate escrow accounts.
Through EPN’s proprietary process for managing Effective Rate contracts, over $11.6 million was paid out to EPN members!
EPN validates effective rates at the store level. While individual pharmacy results vary, with EPN’s escrow method and diligence in the true up process, many stores are seeing dollars back in their pockets!
Notable highlights include:
- Over $2.2 million returned to stores in New York
- Over $1.5 million returned to stores in Maryland
- Over $1.1 million returned to stores in Florida
