Formed in 1982 and headquartered in Maryland, EPIC Pharmacies is a not-for-profit buying group of hundreds of independently owned pharmacies across the country. EPIC offers a full range of programs and services while returning its net revenues to its members throughout the year, including a year-end distribution.

EPIC PHARMACY NETWORK, Inc.
A wholly owned subsidiary of EPIC Pharmacies formed in 1992, the EPIC Pharmacy Network (EPN) represents more than 1,400 independent pharmacies in providing centralized contracting and administrative services to pharmacy benefit management companies (PBMs), HMOs and other third-party payers. As an EPIC member, each pharmacy can apply for a no-cost membership in EPN.
